For decades I refused to see a chiropractor. After suffering for a couple of years with rotator cuff injuries to both shoulders (and many, many visits to a physiotherapist with limited improvement) a friend recommended I go see Dr. Richard. Wow! I have regained almost full range of motion thanks to Dr. Richard’s knowledgeable care. He always has the time and ability to look after any issues I have and a quick chat. The entire staff are warm, welcoming, and wonderful. Appointments are always available and can suit almost all schedules. For those of you old enough to remember, this place is like “Cheers” – “where everybody knows your name”.

We brought our 2M old son to see Dr Richard after he had his lip and tongue tie procedures. We saw such great results quite quickly which made for a much happier baby! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Dr Richard and the whole team at family first! Also – The atmosphere is so welcoming and family friendly – for example, I could bring my wild 2 year old and set her up at the colouring station and trust that she was in good hands!
